We love this question! Having the home ready for us prior to us arriving is essential. To best to have everything in place for the shoot while we're there to ensure there are no unexpected camera! We actually have a full vendor checklist available for you, send us an email and we'll send it over to you.
We offer a full range of real estate marketing services including photography, videography, drone media, floorplans, floor plans and social media content. We also partner with building companies to capture the process behind the project.
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours for photos and 72 hours for video. Need it quicker? Just ask. Either way, if there's anything that might affect your timeline we'll always let you know ahead of the shoot.
Based on the Kāpiti Coast, we service the wider region from Porirua through to Kapiti, Levin and Shannon; we're also available in Wellington upon request. If you have a request outside of these areas get in touch and we will see what we can do for you.

We do book up quickly especially during the busy season so the sooner you get in touch the better.
No-one can control the weather, but we can work around it. If the weather conditions aren't right and you'd like to postpone to a better day we will reschedule at no extra cost.
